I actually talked to support and they told me to reset the ps4 back to original state and so far it has worked.

No disc issue but I do have a problem where I am connected to the net, able to download updates to games and what not but PSN store or whats new will not show up. Anyone have this issue.

I haven't experienced that so far with it not showing up.
