My deepest, most insincere apologies then.

Good-natured ribbing aside, my ultimate point was this seems to happen every summer. Console sales drop, people say they're dead, holiday sales say otherwise. Rinse, repeat. "Oh, but this is the NEW generation! Sales should be at a constant 700k worldwide at all times!" Why? So what if they're new? It's the slow season. PS4 is greatly outselling what PS360 did weekly across the globe during their first summers, and BOTH have sold a combined total of 12.7 MILLION in less than a year. That's more than double their predecessors during the same time period. But no, consoles are dead.
Chill, guys. Destiny is on track to be an absolute juggernaut. This fall is crammed to the gills. Christmas through next March are packed with new releases. Console sales are gonna be RIDICULOUS. And then, summer will hit. Sales will slow down for a few months. And life will go on.
