Unfinished games lead to many problems. They lead to glitches and hacks, broken gameplay, and tons of patches and updates. What makes this worse is that we pay 60 dollars for half of a game. GTA V is an example. Its Single Player is great but its multiplayer at first has horrible. Bad servers, connection issues and hacks and glitches. What makes this worse is that Rockstar is delating features that we all want like Heists to fix problems like hacking and glitches. They are also giving us free content with updates but they should give us some features too. I love playing GTA Online with my friends but some people use glitches and hacks so that it makes the game unbalanced. Rockstar should know that these glitches and hacks will always be there so spend more time adding features.

Glitches like duplication and money glitches are well known:

That being said, I am not saying that a game should be constantly delayed. Watch Dogs was delayed once and it is still a pretty good game. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and a lot of other Wii U games were also delayed but they turned out to be great.

To all you publishers that make unfinished games: Make finished games in the future!

Correction: Mario Kart 8 was never delayed, it released at the time they originally announced (Spring 2014)

Other than that, I agree with you!

My mistake. Hahaha

The real con of unfinished games is the suffered Metascore (ouch). Because the number won't change no matter how much better the game gets in the future. It simply won't reflect the games current state but its beginning.

Killer Instinct is such an example. Much different now then in November and with Season 2 kicking off this fall it will get better. Luckily its over 70 meta so people will continue to give it a shot. But many don't see that the number is based on lack of content rather then gameplay.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I don't know. I think Fallout: New Vegas wouldn't be so awesome if it had been completely finished. Part of its charm is that glitches and bugs, at times, add to the crazy wasteland charm.

I had more problems with New Vegas than just the unfinished state, but I agree that Bathesda games could benefit with being launched in a playable state xD

Complete games. I rather wait before playing than lose interest before fixes / updates arrive.
Early access is not working for me. For example, I loved the KSP demo, but my interest has gone now waiting for it to get finished.
