Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo gamers I have Sinned! I bought How to Train a Dragon 2 Wii U instead of Mario Kart 8 today.

Have not played it yet. Just got that geo and how to survive as well. Will try though.

I was thinking of getting how to survive but I really wanted the game to have online multiplayer. I may still get it, been looking up reviews. Not great scores on reviews but still sounds like a game I would like.

Is it better than Lair?

I thought you already had MK8! Anyway, I'm giving my free game to I Like Bacon and Nintendo Fan Girl. You disgust me.

This makes me a sad panda.

Get it on the eshop for instant access whenever.

I'm interested in How To Survive also. Seen some of the review and they are a little harsh. But that lack of online play is a real killer for me. But reading through Miiverse right now, they all seem to love this game. Maybe I'll give a try at one point. Looked at the NintendoLife review and the people in the comment seem to disagree with the score.

Yea, no online multiplayer is really disappointing and 505 still wants full price for the game. I was looking at Miiverse comments on the game earlier and noticed most people were enjoying it. Local co op is still something I do a lot, I'm still thinking about getting the game just for that.

In fact, I think I'll go purchase that right now. I have 4 $5 eShop codes waiting to get spent. I resisted buying the game earlier because of no online multiplayer but I really want to try that game now.

Whether the game is good or not, just remember with Mario kart 8 you also get a FREE GAME

what is How to train your dragon 2?

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I was actually hoping it was 20 dollars instead of the 40 I paid.

Seriously now, spurge. You do know that you are doing every Wii U owner a disservice by buying games like HtTaD2, right?

Speak for yourself, Roll. I bought HtTuD2 at launch because I loved the first one, and I played through the campaign twice. Once on normal, then again on Insane. I 100%ed it and got all the accomplishments. I still play it for the multiplayer which is more in depth than people give it credit for and the online community is more mature and unlike anything you will see on XBL. While maybe not as great as MK8, HtTyD2 is at least worth a rent for anybody.
