I wouldn't say it's this big of a difference in frame rate.

I don't understand how this port was this bad, devils may cry 4 was a locked 60 fps with much better graphics on both 360/ps3. i guess platinum didn't know how to program on ps3.

Platinum didn't port Bayonetta to PS3, Sega did.
