Yes. PC and consoles are seperate markets.
A game being also out on PC has next to no influence on its sales on consoles.

I will not call a game exclusive if it is on any other competing platform. So DC universe is not exclusive it is on pc and sony consoles ps3+ps4.
It however does not change the fact that, that game did not appear on nintendo or microsoft platforms. When comparing a platform I will point out every game one has that the other does not.
Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!
Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st ![]()
Consoles compete with each other so if a game is on one and not on the other then its exclusive.

No, I don't. If the game is also available on PC or on a handheld system, then it's no longer exclusive. Computers and portable systems can be found in this plane of existence, after all. It's not like they fade into an alternate reality when a high-profile game launches.
I don't count it as exclusive unless we're comparing one console's library vs. another (ie: Xbox 360 vs. PS3 or Xbox One vs. PS4). In a one on one battle, you have to consider games on one console and not on another. Now, when I debate pure exclusives, multi-plat games are excluded.
Some people will discount a game like Witcher 2 in a PS3 vs. 360 debate but then count a game like Flower or Last of Us in a PS4 vs, XB1 debate. I don't like that. Be consistent. That's all I ask. If you coun't "console exclusives" one second don't just count "real exclusives" the next. Choose one and stick to it.
Nope. The word exclusive is reserved for something not obtainable elsewhere. That's actually the definition.
No, because by definition it isn't exclusive.
