As for xb1, the charts only moved for two days on it, it slid heavily if less than half a week. It's a slow part of the year and the bump was mainly customers who waited from may. If may would have been 120k w/o price cut announcement, then that's 50k sales moved from may to June. But June is even slower than may historically, so I'd it was going to do 110k before, maybe 160k now with a lot of the waiters jumping now. Ps4 should see a rough balance or slight downturn balancing the factors of June being slow, minor hype about future titles, and people preordering/waiting on the new SKU.

All in all it will be far closer but no indication that xb1 can win the month. Best chance is one week in the us market and that's it. For the rest of the year they lose unless ps4 has production limitations during the holidays.

Gamestop recently claimed that the XBONE was flying off the shelves prior to the price cut going live. So this will be very interesting to see where this all ends up.

I still say, PS4 will win, and win BIG.

Ps3 had the same problem last gen but it outsell xbox360 when Sony made the price cut i don't see why xboxone can't outsell ps3 in just  1 week

I wish we could see the names of users that place votes in these polls. It would be nice to see those that think it would outsell the PS4 worldwide. Should make it easier to know who to take seriously here and who not to.

Yes, but the PS3 was at least on par with the 360 (if not superior in some respects).  This generation is a whole new ball game, and this gen, Microsoft has a console that everyone KNOWS is inferior.  Also, you have a wider diversity of exclusive games on the PS4, which will appeal to a wider audience, AND you have every major multiplatform game coming out with exclusive content (not timed exclusive, full on, you are never going to play this stuff on Xbox exclusive) for the PS4.

You can deny reality all you want, but the sales figures week after week show Sony with anywhere between a 2:1 advantage for Sony all the way up to 8:1 (in the EU).  Notice that Sony has sold over 8 million consoles and MS is still below 5?  Yeah, that gap is just gonna get wider as time goes on.

US - 50% chances
Europe - 10% chances
Japan - 0% since XB1 haven't even launch there... 

Either way, I don't think whatever disparity between the XBone and PS4 arises from the price cut in the US will be able to offset  EU and Japan. I still think PS4 takes it this week. Unless the PS4 just gets completely obliterated in the US, which I don't see happening.
