They drew me into AC III but not IV and the forth one turned out to be way better so I just don't know anymore, I can't trust myself.

if I can't play singleplayer alone,then I won't be getting it. don't like co-op at all. don't want 2 have 2 rely on some stupid AI.

I played and beat them all except for AC3. I thought I had enough of the series after all the time I put in them but one thing I realize is that graphics alone can do a number on me I guess. The game looked too damn good to pass up and the character count on screen was impressive. I am in again...
