Next I don't want a female Link just so Miyamoto can show the game has changed. If he's going to change the formula, he should do it in a meaningful way not just for the sake of changing the formula. That's what Square-Enix does for Final Fantasy and it's not working out for them.

Honestly? I find Link to be rather generic and boring.

I want to play as Zelda. She is so much more interesting. They should make a game where Zelda rescues Link.

The mechanics might be tricky to work out, but I've thought a fun twist would be a game where you tag between "melee mode" Link and "ranged mode" Zelda. The tagged out character could either guard the player's back or hide in the shadow world or something.
