The Last of Us has one single loading. wich is before you start the game.

There as many pieces of confetti in MK8 as their are people in the UC3 screenshot however. UC3 has shading on the people, MK8 has no shading on the confetti nor shadows of the confetti on the ground like the people in UC3.
Not to mention the carpets, the stones on the floor, the inscriptions on the wall, are alot more complex then the treads on the tires of the Kart. Its doing fair less then UC3 but at lower resolution Ailising is a lot less of a problem on UC3 as well, since MK8 is running at a higher resolution.
