But the game was in development for some years now. We saw a short trailer around the same time too.

It pretty much looks like a straight port from the original ps3 title if you ask me.

Honestly, from what they showed of it, it looked like the kind of mid-tier trash that wouldn't get the time of day on PS360 (Army of Two; Fuse etc., stuff like that).

It's probably actually quite a smart moving going WiiU exclusive because at least that will get it some attention.

I can only hope that it's a long, long way off launch and is going to go through some kind of overhaul between now and then.

It looks okay at this moment. It might be good.
I do think that Nintendo should have put the money for this to an optimized GTA V port. That would have more impact for their buck.

Trailer looked a lot of fun, didn't watch the gameplay presentation so can't comment on that.

But from what I saw it looked moderately pretty; certainly not ugly, and looked like a silly tongue in cheek action game. Unless it gets panned by reviewers I'll probably be looking to pick this up.

Chances are, many people would be acting exciting if it was instead announced as being for their console of choice. But because it's on Wii U, it sucks. Same old song and dance, honestly.

Me? It's not my type of game at all, so I won't be buying it. But it looks decent, the online multiplayer elements look like they could be really involved and fun, and it's a good so-called "hardcore" exclusive for Nintendo to get. They need to go out and get more third party games like this. If that's what they have to do to get more games, then I say fuckin' do it.

I enjoy killing so it dont need to be perfect.

I watched the IGN gameplay demonstration and I feel we had a million games like this on PS360.

Are we really doing this?  With this of all games to defend?

If people were shitting on Bayonetta I could understand your argument somewhat, but here it really doesn't seem to apply.  This would be nothing special in a sea of PS360 games.  

If anything, I feel like it's getting more attention than it deserves because it's a WiiU exclusive.

I'll have to keep an eye on this one
