How do you know that?

It is widley known that the Forza does not have Dynamic lighting or weather... the lighting is prebaked and the backrounds pre-rendered. 

Forza Horizon 2 however should have full dynamic lighting as it will take adcantage of the new SDK.

What I find funny is that all the software improvements CANNOT make up for the physical hardware difference, and not only that Sony will also be making improvements to  thier SDK.  This gen will always have a hardware gap.. that will NOT change.

Yeah, but how do you know that the team behind DriveClub didn't cut any corners to achieve their results? And in regards to quality of game graphics, hardware is one part of it, software and talent another, just saying.

Naughty Dog and Guerrilla have always been the best at utilizing power. I don't think it's anything sinister, I just think naughty dog is that much better than most 3rd party devs at making ps4 games.

Yep that's what it looks like. That trailer was captured in game on engine ran on a ps4.

No, not really, to me it is much like past generations when consoles are not exactly the same power.

On Uncharted, not really a surprise it looks good as Uncharted 2/3 and Last of Us were among best looking games I played last generation.

The Witcher 3 will look godly on everything, PC and both next gem plats so no XOne isnt holding anything back, devs just need ot be good at what they do and they get great results. CD Projekt Red is a phenomenal team so they can egt insane results, ND is the ebst team there is so they cna get this absurd graphic.
