His opinion is no better than yours or mine.  No better.  People dont have better opinions.

So, using your logic, when talking about space and physics, my opinion is just as good as Stephen Hawking's.

I believe that guy's references mean much more than those of a random console fan on a andom internet forum...

Shit analogy.  Obviously.

Not really. It portrayed beautifully how wrong what you said was.

Uncharted 4, Bloodborne, and No Man's Sky give Sony a slight edge, imo.

We have sites where regular forum goers think Sony won and they are just as valid as any of those sites I listed above them.

By this proof Sony must have won since when combining forum goers + websites Sony has the majority.

Congrats SONY!!

I said this in a prior comment, but you can even go a step further. Get specific. Google "Sony won E3 2014" and "Microsoft won E3 2014". You'll see a plethora of articles saying Sony won if you do the Sony search. Do the Microsoft search, and what are the results? "Sony wins E3. Microsoft gambled on games and lost", "At E3 2014, Microsoft was playing catch up while Sony leapt ahead", "Gaming geeks declare Sony the winner over Microsoft at E3", "Sony wins E3 by a nose", "PS4 vs Xbox One: Sony just won E3", "Microsoft copies Sony with their Xbox One conference". I even, just now, decided to sort by the last 24 hours (because there were also a bunch of articles either recapping or merely saying "what MS can do to blow us away" or something to that effect), and the first article (that I haven't already mentioned) was "How Sony won E3: the gory highlights". These are all from big or major technology news outlets.

Mind you, these were all found under "Microsoft won E3 2014".....no articles saying MS won even when you search for that particular criteria. Except there was one that actually was a blog (you know, some random internet dude. Not an established journalist with references) that said MS won. But according to Kowen, that doesn't count. Since he's "just a blogger" and his opinion isn't better than anyone elses.

I don't know what more anyone wants. You've got the majority opinion of users on this site and a plethora of major tech news outlets saying Sony won (and exactly 0 saying Microsoft won). Search "won E3" in Twitter, and most people are saying Sony won. It's just plain denial to say otherwise, at this point.

^ those articles were before nintendo did their thing, how much faith do we put into websites that are only putting articles up for the hits and not to cover the complete story?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I disagree completely.

Shocker.....Sony won easily imo on content.

I remember waking up after the MS conference and going "Where are all of the Xbox reviels?  Oh big sursprise another crackdown, and a few CGI teasers."  It was like 90% third party.

Sony on the other hand had some true megatons like Bloodborne, LBP3, and No Man's Sky a semi-exclusive!

Watch out it's fanboy's biggest weakness: Facts!

Of course they did. Microsofts was average. You know it is bad when xbox fans are hyped about old halo games and sunset overdrive lol

Nintendos conference was great too but the Xenoblade trailer ruined it for me. So fucking bad

I agree with this article, other then the slow paced middle, sony showcased a far great diverse selection of games and more gameplay, exclusive content.

One of thsoe is a blog and therefore no more valid than a post here.

There will be plenty of sites that think both won.

Which in iteslf is a MS win, considering where they came from in the last months.

That's simply untrue and only said to people trying to spin something. In my opinion we should start world war 3.

When most of them (all of them, I think, actually) are saying Sony "won" in relation to Microsoft's conference, that means Nintendo is completely irrelevant to the conversation. Everybody is talking about PS4 vs Xbox One, so those websites do cover the "complete story" because that's the comparison people care about.
