I grew up reading/owning manga, most of them in Chinese and Japanese, (English version are way too expensive) <- don't ask and I will not have to kill you. ;)

*Ranma 1/2 (I was way too young for it, but whatever)
*Captain Tsubasa (about football, or what us NA calls SOCCER)
*Sailor Moon <-- yes, I'm ashamed to admit it.
*City Hunter <- loooved it, but there are jokes I just got it recently, lol adult jokes, kinda reminds me so much of Cowboy Bebop 

those are my top 6, but honourable mention to Yu-Yu Haraosic (or whatever it is spelled. lol), Fist of the northern Star, and one about emo but brilliant surgent doctor?

I'm about to read FMA manga online, I heard it's quite good.

 Those four in bold were also my favourites when I was young and especially manga fans older than 20 loved/owned those manga...

^^'' wow a sailer moon fan...it is one of the few series that never really appealed me =/.

Edit:  Well I should try out City hunter one day but after the movie with Jackie Chan I lost my interests =/.

I saw City Hunter picture when I googled it, Almost made me throw up. Jackie Chan has NO BUSINESS playing him.

City Hunter is HILARIOUS!!! man, I need to buy those manga again! I need to find out who write it. Edit: OH give me a break about liking SailorMoon, I was like 7 and it was not that bad, an anime that doesn't really force the whole "sex' upon you (or maybe I was just too young to know any better). lol

I read quit a lot but am only buying 2 series atm...
