Now that both are officially announced which are you more excited for? Both are $59.99, both have beloved games with updated graphics. Which is the better value though? I'm DEFINITELY saying Halo Master Chief Collection. While Last of Us Remastered looks good, it also looks like a cash grab. Halo collection makes you feel like you're stealing all of this content. Halo 1, Halo 2 with updated cinematics that look like Halo 4's, Halo 3 and Halo 4 campaigns. 100+ multiplayer maps from all 4 of those games that stay true to their multiplayer feel. AND Halo 5 beta access.

So discuss, which one should get gamers more excited?

TLOU. MCC is 4 MP-centric games bundled...what is the point? It's like 4 dlc map packs splitting everyone up.

Definitely Master Chief Collection, and its much better value.

This doesn't even seem comparable anymore.
Hopefully this forces Sony to drop it's price.

Don't really care about Halo, I'd take The Last of Us any day.

I like Halo collection for than the Last of Us

The Master Chief Collection is in my opinion the bigger announcement, simply because The Last of Us only released last year on the PS3. With that said, The Last of Us for PS4 is still great for everyone who didn't want to buy a PS3 just for the game last year, such as those switching from the Xbox 360 or Wii to the PS4.

Not just 1 game. The game of the generation . Althought I agree 4 games is a lot of content. I'd still pick TLOU over Halo any day.

TLOU is overkill.

An up-res of an already HD, one year old game VS a full 1080p 60fps collection and remaster of four games with full online support. Hm.
