Wii U was crushed Holidays 2012 by both 360 and PS3 even though it just released. Wii U was even more crushed holidays 2013 by PS4 and X1 and 360 and PS3.

Wii U was beaten 2 years in a row by 7 year old consoles. Are you telling me that Wii U will these holidays suddenly sell more or even close to the brand new X1 and PS4 which are continuously pumping out system sellers?

Wouldn't even be surprised if it loses yet again to PS360.

Even if PS3 has outsold Wii U this year, Wii U has more system sellers to help it in the holiday season.

360? I don't think I have to explain why that (Most likely) won't beat Wii U in the holidays...

It may not be likely but I wouldn't be surprised. So far PS3 sold a lot more and 360 is close. If there are new SKUs for PS360 this year it could get quite close. But even if Wii U manages to outsell these now 8 year old consoles it wouldn't be much of an accomplishment.

The launch of X1 is less of an indicator than the 360 kicking Wii U's ass during the holidays. Unless MS completely bombs this E3, there is no way Wii U will come close to PS4/X1 numbers.

What game do you think will come out that will allow the XBO to beat the Wii U by so much?

Also, the PS3 and XB360 definitely won't have such a big Holiday. They are already showing quite big signs of fatigue.

Why do you think it needs games to beat it? It's a new console and it survived its first year which means there are already a few high profile exclusive and 3rd party games for it. It's even $100 cheaper now than it was at launch. Enough reasons to take the plunge this holiday. Of course Halo 2, Sunset Overdrive and multiplats like Destiny will help boost it even more.

What system sellers?

All of them.

Again, you failed to answer my question. What system sellers? I have seen zero on the PS4 and Xbox One. Every sale so far has been purely on faith and fanboys. If either console had a true system seller the sales numbers would double, but they don't.

And again you failed to acknowledge Wii U's previous holiday sale failures and have yet to show any reason why it should be any different this year.

Yes, the Wii U has a few good games coming out this year. So do X1 and PS4.

You replied twice to the same comment, beautiful. But your opinion based comment isn't held in higher regard to my opinion based comment. I understand you dislike Nintendo, but lets be realistic here. The Xbox One passing the Wii U by Christmas is laughable, even with the Kinectless SKU. Mario Kart 8 is a system seller,  just like any other Nintendo exclusive.  Smash Bros, if you completely forgot, is coming out this Winter, and I fail to see unless MS has some killer app, the Xbox One even passing the Wii U yet.  My prediction is next March that will happen. The PS4 still is the more appealing console to most console gamers, Nintendo has the best and most highly acclaimed lineup of exclusives. Those two factors alone are enough to keep MS in third place until next year

That's actually a real question? If I'm going off numbers pre-Kinectless XBO then it definitely needs a big game to help it sell. Things could change after the price drop, but I'll have to wait and see to make up my mind on that.

Isn't Ouya a type of phone?

I currently own more Wii Us than you, so please cut that Nintendo hater bullcrap.

I never said anything about X1 passing Wii U. It's about 2014 sales. X1 is currently 600k in front and even if Wii U manages to catch up until November it's still gonna sell less than X1 in december. You can count the Wii U exclusives all you want but that doesn't change the fact that there are currently millions of people out there already knowing they will buy an X1. They're just waiting for the right games to come out. This could be anything like Sunset Overdrive, Destiny, Halo 2, Assissn's Creed, Far Cry 4, Dragon Age, Evolve, COD, Battlefield Hardline, Forza Horizon, Shadow of Mordor, The Evil Within. You can add to that all the blockbusters that are already released and the highly anticipated ones coming 2015.

I'm not saying that each of these will be a massive system seller but they sure will be reasons for people to finally take the plunge.

Nintendo is the only one who is dependant on big exclusives to sell consoles.

If I go by VGC forum all it needs is a price cut, which is not a game ;)

You just made an Ouya developer cry. I hope you're happy about it.

Also I'm pretty sure the Vita is technologically a lot closer to a phone than the ouya^^
