Yes! And it was cancelled to begin work on Shadow of the Colossus 2!

...I wish =(

Quite tired of hearing about TLG to be completely honest. Shadow of the Colossus wasn't THAT good and this never looked top tier anyways. I would like it to come out so people be quiet about it.

I guess the wait was too long and almost everyone moved on. Now will it make any difference?

Fake.
Team Ico said The Last Guardian was smooth-sailing so...they can't cancel it.
They can't..
they mustn't...

I never understood why people like Team Ico games. Shadow of the Colossus was sooooooo boring

Finally, someone I agree with.

Shadow of the Colossus is the game that almost killed gaming for me completely. I started it three times, hated it. Never got another PS2 game, it made me swear to never get a PS3 and so far the stench of Shadow of teh Colossus has also rendered the PS4 intlerable to my person. If it hadn't been for the Wii I think  SHadow of the Colossus would have been the last videogame I ever played.

I think it's overhyped by everyone too, but good gosh...

OT: How does Team ICO still have a job with Sony? There are IPs that have been made since this game was announced that are now on their third or fourth sequel!  Half of everyone who is ever going to buy a PS4 would need to get this game to even begin to justify it's continued existence at this point.

Obviously it's not like I had loved every game on the PS2 up until Shadow of the Colossus and then flip my lid, the game was the straw that broke the camels back and was the cumulation of a growing disenchantment with video gaming I had been experienceing since the N64. It was partially driven by the time commitment but most important was the shift to 'rich imersive experiences' a shift in gaming that I didn't lke then, and I despise to this day.

Until I saw a different path on the Wii I felt like videogames had evolved into something that I didn't have any interest in anymore. Kind of sucks when you realize that your hobby for the last 25 years just doesn't have anything for you anymore, but then again just a few years later the Wii showed me a path back to what gaming means to me, and I will always be greatful for that. Full circle I guess to come back to Nintendo like that, after all my favourite console of all time is still the  Genesis, even though the Wii U is starting to threathen that position.

Cancelled on PS3 for sure.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

well to be honest if it doesn't come out on this E3 the game is dead to me (its been to long) so if it gets cancelled well at least SCEJ studios will be free to work on something else, something actually new that we know nothing about.

Maybe they're rebranding it. like FF vs. 13.

I completely forgot it was happening, so I guess I'm not too shocked (if it's true). Still a shame though. How long have they been working on it at this point? Six years? Can't even remember when it was announced.

Hmm
