are you saying mainstream is a really good thing ?
Minecraft is an amazingly original game and League of Legends is a pillar of e-Sports
I was afraid you micht recuse actually bad yet popular games
If anything, they will come during the Windows portion of MS conference
PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

Well, I am not the biggest fan of these two particular games, but mainstream might be a good thing in PC gaming's case!

None of that proves that PC is mainstream. It proves that PC gaming makes money and that a lot of people have PCs that can play games. I play Super Smash Flash on my laptop once in a while. Doesn't make me PC gamer. If you have to prove that something is mainstream, it isn't mainstream. That's like saying the Pokemon TCG is mainstream because the cards still make a ton of money. It isn't. There are just a lot of nerds with a lot of money.
You're not bursting any bubble. PC gaming isn't mainstream.

No it proves exactly that. It proves that a large majority of Americans play PC games which by definition means it's mainstream. Quit deluding yourself. When popular TV shows like south park or any prime time TV show uses PC's to depict the average gaming platform like NCIS/LOS Angeles, Grimm, The Blacklist, How I met your mother, Three and a half men, The Big Bang Theory, Person of interest, Agents of Shield, Elementary, Arrow, Castle. You name it just about any show in prime time has depicted PC gaming. You should do yourself a favor and crawl out from under your pokemon rock and take a look around. You obviously didn't notice that in the past 5 years alone PC gaming and "Rich nerds" have become the mainstream. Quit deluding yourself, it's not healthy. The numbers speak for themselves and the majority of Americans are PC gamers and PC gaming is plastered all over modern media. That by definition makes it mainstream.

All Hail the Jester King. The King is back, and I am still a dirty girl prof ;)
I don't think Valve will ever go to E3 until a certain game that has been anticipated for a very long time is ready to be teased.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
No, they never make any games :/ plus people would get bored after hearing someone talk about steam box for an hour
