Surely that doesnt count? Sounds like an internal decision that was never released in public. Sony immediately came out saying its launch window and gave a date.
So yeah infamous was not delayed. Otherwise every game ever made was delayed as i would imagine internal planned release dates will vary all the time until an actual release date is made public.

Looking up "Infamous delayed" is still pretty fast!
Games get delayed all the time...plus those games didn't have a release date to begin with.
I predict that uncharted will get delayed...
