Inafune added, “Let’s say that, if we have all seven Dragon Balls right here, right now, and Shen Long comes up and says, ‘What’s your wish?’ My wish would be, give me all the right tools, people, and environment to createLegends 3.”

So you're telling me there's a chance!

Of course there is a chance, I still think we'll see a legends 3 eventually

There's another upcoming game by the creator of Mega Man coming out as a 3DS exclusive, and it's similar to both Mighty No. 9 & Mega Man.
And there is another game from Keiji coming out, called "King of Pirates".
The 3D effect keeps getting better in newer 3DS games, so I really hope it comes.
The prequel was 100% finish, and the Legends 3 main game was 29% done according to the Capcom-unity Dev Room.
I totally lost respect for that guy Inafume or whatever he is called I think he's a total douchebag, he called an idiot to an interviewer just because he said he didn't like playing on mobile devices.
An about this thread, dunno what to say. on the interview that he went calling an idiot to the interviewer also he said "Capcom is the worst piece of crap ever", well it was something like that, so whats this double moral ?
The hell with that Inafume guy.

JWeinCom said: The first one sold reasonably well, but the second did not. Keiji Inafune at the time of development was having issues with Capcom management which may or may not have factored into the decision. In addition, the 3DS was selling incredibly poorly at the time of cancellation. At this point, the situation is different. The game has gotten a huge amount of press from its cancellation, the 3DS has a healthy install base, and things are generally more favorable. Unfortunately, it seems ego is getting in the way of a win-win situation. |
Legends 2 got GT6'd, it's not really it's fault.
Even then, it still sold pretty fucking good at half a million.
