Mario Kart 8 for sure. UFC game sales have been on the decline for systems with 80M+

UFC target market isn't the early video game system adopter market.

They're in decline on 7th gen because PS3 and 360 are dying since PS4 and Xbox One are out.

I still think MK8 will win though.

There will be higher sales of the PS4 version due to its being on par with the One (and more popular than the PS3 in the US)
The Xbox One price cut will help spur sales of this game on that console
The current PS4/One userbase (6 million) is over 2x greater than the Wii U (2.5)

So what are the reasons for Mario Kart to lead that month again?

What? I was saying the 2012 UFC sold worse than the 2010 UFC which sold worse than the 2009 UFC. Previous game sales have nothing to do with Xbox One and PS4 being out now...
