Lets keep it civil. The fact is that if someone wants to have the OPINION that the PS3 is a lost cause, it's fine. If you want to back up your side, regardless of what it is, use facts and supporting information. If someone trolls and wants to whine, just support your side with more relevant facts, and don't throw a fit. Kwaad, why would we ban you if you don't like the site? Posting on this site takes effort - an effort that you have decided to make for your 2,089 posts. You have a right to complain, but there's nothing I can really do. Why? This happens every console war generation. Each side has a winner and loser. If the PS3 wins, then you can come back and make fun of everyone as they eat their crow. If they win, you'll realize you were wrong. Thats part of what the issue is. Now, the most important thing is when you debate and argue, that you do it in a valid, proper manner. Don't use foul language, and don't get upset. Remember, I'm a 360 owner. We don't even have Xbots here (which can be a good thing). I always get accused of skewing numbers in the 360s favor and am accused of being a Wii basher all the time. The most important thing is, though, that I refute their attacks with relevant, legitimate information. Thats how you gain respect. FYI, Kwaad isn't a troller. A troll doesn't have 2k+ posts on a forum :-p

Ok. First about the VGChartz forums Nintendo bias. You could say that all multi-console forums are Nintendo biased at the moment, and that is because Wii and DS have turned out to be so popular. Just like with last generation, every gaming forum was biased to Sony because PS2 was so popular. About people say PS3 is doomed, thats accurate if we think that it was expected to reach PSX/PS2 levels. Although current gen started just 1.5 years ago and PS3 came out less than 2 months ago in the last major market, you can say with 100% accuracy that it wont reach the level of earlier playstations. But this doesn't mean that it wouldn't finally make good sales. And it also has failed with not being a market leader no matter how you look at it. But this doesn't mean that it would go anywhere before next gen.

I am betting that since you are from a more socialist country then yours goes to a lot of unemployed parasites health care and is somewhere in the 30-35% range. At least that is what I have learned in various economic and political science courses about average taxes in EU socialist countries. Also, no we do not have to put out the money for helicopters and other such emergency medical stuff first. After we have been treated by the best doctors in the world our insurance takes care of most of it or it just sits on our credit for 7 years. To see a good illustration of my point for 2005. I don't see much PS3 "Bashing" mainly because no one needs to resort to emotional-attacks against the PS3 or its users to "Win an argument."

On the other hand everytime I see PS3 fans losing arguments there is a lot of "Kiddie" comments or talk about how the Wii will "Destroy the industry" with little reasoning behind their arguments.

 Exactly. I remember back at E3 '05 everyone thought Nintendo was crazy while singing the praises of the Cell. Even at TGS that year you couldn't go to any forum without hearing the Wiimote being torn to shread and the vast majority of people expecting the PS3 to destroy the 'Xbox 1.5" within months of it's launch. The thing is popular opinion has now swayed and Kwaad, along with other Sony fans, find themselves on the receiving end of the criticism they once handed out so freely.
