For anyone who's confused (me) the annual titles still stay:

The PS5 Exists.

So if you have all 3 platforms thats 72 games a year. For on 50/year thats an incredible value.
Trine 2 saves the month for me, can't wait to play it. I actually bought a Vita at discount solely because i have PS Plus anyway. :D

Yes, it is confirmed. EU lineup will follow this rule too. But it isn't actually an upgrade. PS3 normally gets more than 2, Vita gets 2 and PS4 usually one. It will be an upgrade only for PS4 and Vita (that will get 2 + any crossbuy game on PS4/PS3 for that month). The games will be available for 1 month only too.
But releasing all games at the first wednesday of the month instead of releasing them separated during the month is definitively welcome.

It will be actually more than 24 for Vita, since the 2 games for month number isn't counting crossbuy games on PS4 and PS3 (Vita is getting 2 games plus the crossbuuy version for Sly Cooper). I can confirm Sly is crosbuy because the Brazilian PSN Plus got it instead of PES 2014 last month (and probably will get PES this month instead).

No, the third PS3 title was already replaced with one PS4 title since November.
