played first 30 minutes last night and didn't experience any bugs.
i am getting some absolutely killer frame rate pauses when driving though. still messing with my graphic settings to figure it out. i'm playing with a GTX 770 so i figured i could at least run high with no issues but i guess not.
I guess it's best to never get a game at day one ever again, just wait a month till they patch it! What a joke

messing around more with the PC port and it is absolutely horrendous. fixed frame rate (sort of) by playing in borderless window but now i'm getting hardcore screen tearing on practically every object in-game and textures float around freely with the camera angle.....
