Az being so salty doesn't suit you either

And the diving is actually a way to avoid injuries like with neymar its that he didn't even saw this one coming

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

So players should be constantly diving is what you're saying.

yes, they need to learn how to fall or face an early end to their carreers due to injuries

I guess that's why Robben is still so fit in his senior years.

So they defeated a bunch of teams that (at the time) had never won anything and France, which was a shadow of its former self despite the presence of overhyped Arsenal players (it was knocked out in the group stage of the previous WC and had lost key players like Djorkaeff and Deschamps (and other players were too old, like Desailly and Lizarazu)).

Czech Republic lost his star player due to a knee injury in the match against Greece, which supports my theory.

The French team then was one of the strongest teams by far (Zidane, Viera, Makelele, Henry, Thuram, Trezaguet etc...) what are you on about? That same team reached the final of the WC 2 years later and the was only two or so Arsenal players and in regards to Henry and Viera they were world class, Holland has never won a WC does that take anything away from any team that beats them? No fact is like it or not Greece were the better team even if their football was negative, Nedved also got injured at the end of the match. The best football is not necessarily the most attractive.

Yes, the same team, except for the fact that Vieira wasn't injured in the 2006 WC, and top class players like Dacourt (who?) or Silvestre (I'm sure our resident Premier League followers than aren't Man U fans will have fond memories of him) who got replaced with nobodies like Eric Abidal or Franck Ribery. How they managed to reach the WC final after those changes is a mistery.

Getting injured after 40 minutes is near the end of a match with extra time? Pfft.

Vieira wasn't better than Deschamps, and yes, Henry is overrated. He was no good without spaces to take advantage of his speed, which means he's useless against an overly defensive team like Greece (same thing goes for a guy who is useless at offense like Makelele).

Absolute rubbish, Makelele was praised by players like Zidane and Figo at Real for holding teams together his job was not to attack do you even know what roles certain players do? Nedved was injured near the end of the the match when Greece scored and either way the Czech Republic had many class players at this point you're just making bitter excuses. How France got to the final is simple they were one of the best teams around, don't care about your bitterness towards Henry because his talent speaks for itself if Greece shut him out it shows how well they played defensively and is down to the manager to come up with tactics to overcome that.

Robben and Neymar acting skills are above all other players in this WC.

The way Neymar acted this fracture into his spine should guarantee him an Oscar. It's so real, even doctors can't tell the difference.

For the first time, he wasn't acting.   During the match I thought he was faking all that.

That's actually a good point. When you're running at a high speed and someone puts his leg in front of your legs the natural reaction is to jump to avoid getting hit and sometimes that looks like a dive when it's just the player anticipating the hit and reacting before he gets hit. This is not saying that all dives are like that, but in some cases players dive because they're afraid of getting hurt.

If you don't know what happened at the mesón Txistu in 2003 and its consequences you have no idea why he got praised by Zidane and Figo.

"His job is not to attack" False. His primary role is to help his teammates in defensive duties. That doesn't mean that he must suck at attacking (like he did), and by attacking I don't mean scoring. Against a team like Greece that was not going to attack his skills were useless, and his shortcomings crippled the team.

Nedved got injured in the first half and Greece scored near the end of the first half of the extra time (m. 100-105). Google it or do whatever you want but it's not as you say.

EDIT - Forget that, let's make it simple: Do you think a modern team needs a player like Makelele in it's starting 11 to be sucessful?
