Even after the bs card it was a good game. It was enjoyable to watch and that goalie of ours just rocks.

Shame that Ecuador didn't advance, but hey there's always a next time.

Hopefully we'll see Ecuador, Sweden and Ukraine :( in Russia for the next WC.

Goalkeepers often don't go for the ball when they know they are beat. Besides his reaction shows he was annoyed about it.

I know, but he had no intention of moving ages before he could be considered 'beat'. And its not like Messi's FK was from the edge of the box, or was struck with a level of power we rarely see.
