Awesome match! Nice football, Nigeria was a little too agressive though, too many fouls, three yellow cards for them... Sabella was watching after Messi, that's why he took him out, after all, we're already in quarters. Deserved win, definitively our best match in this cup.

Actually they can, according to Sky Sports and Article 136. FIFA can make rulings and take action within any member country for national offenses. Usually they leave any judgement to be dealt with, within the body. If it happens in the country's domestic league, the league deals with it. If it happens in the European Cup, Europa or Champions league then UEFA deals with it.
