Italy could and should have won and advanced. Though they did blew blew it in the match with Costa Rica. Suarez is seriously not right in the head it seems. Loved the match between Greece and Ivory Coast. Ivory Coast had all the right cards to easily advance, but the way Greece stole a penalty and got to the second round through the backdoor is one for the books.

Nigeria 0-2 Argentina
Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-1 Iran
Honduras 1-3 Switzerland
Ecuador 0-2 France

Nigeria will advance with Argentina, because Iran won't win against Bosnia. Switzerland isn't such a bad team, they should have no problem winning and should have no problem advancing because I don't see Ecuador winning against France.

The best way to punish the player is make him worthless to both Liverpool or potential buyers, a 1 year International ban plus a 2 year European ban, FA can limit it to like 10 games.

But the 2 year European ban means he is pointless for bigger clubs to buy and pointless for Liverpool to have.

you can call "BS" all you want, but this is a penalty (just look at his left foot being blocked by the defender when he tries to shoot), even if it's a hard one to spot

Honestly amazed the ref even saw it. Our analysts here had to replay it a dozen times in slowmo to finally see it.

Can they just do a general 2 year club ban, does it have to be solely for European clubs?
