PSG really did break the industry. £75mil for Van Dijk. £120 mil for Coutinho. These are stupid figures.

Scares me to think how much Kane is worth and he will move sometime, he's not going to win anything at Spurs plus could be on like twice as much at the bigger clubs.

Hmm, pie.

i feel he will be around the 160-200 million mark, and i think real madrid are going to be the ones to buy him.

barcelona are suckers when it comes to the transder market. 120$ million for coutinho? thats crazy. still more reasonable than the 105 for dembele. but even then its crazy numbers compared to lukako and morata and even those were considered over priced. fucking PSG man, they drew the prices of the industry extremely high.

Industry was broken long before PSG mate.

Dull game last night in the Carabau Cup but they used Video Assistant Referee.

What are your thoughts on the system? Only a few instances being used in the first half as second half was dull.

What I noticed most is the time it took and how 'unintuitive' it seems to be. A decision is made then the ref waits for the other ref to say what? Yes no?

I think the VAR system should be used as a backup not the override the ref but to make actual decisions. The ref knows in most cases is if something is a foul or not, but might not have a clear view of how bad of a foul. The game can continue and the VAR person reviews the foul and sees that it's a bad one so tells the ref to issue a Yellow. That kind of stuff.

Plus if the ball goes in, a quick check for offside tells the ref if it is allow or not, considering play has stopped already, it isn't a hard task.

But the few instances we had it just seemed a bit off.

it was just too slow. we could have already seen the footage and determined ourselfs. if its quicker than i think its a system that should be implimented

So Sanchez possibly to United for a cash + Mkhitaryan deal?

I don't get Mourinho's handling of Mkhitaryan tbh he was playing well and is a good playmaker, Utd's problems started when he stopped being played.

Messi's pass at the 3-0.... I just cried a bit

Sane!

A great game so far.
