That rule is really dumb. If you touch the ball with your hand, penalty or fault or whatever. No intention? Learn to keep your arms/hands down. It's not hard. In fact, it's harder to raise your hands.

So many things are not punished, which makes players behave in that way, thinking their faking and gestures work on refs. That's because sometimes they do.

That's why I think the rules should be a lot stricter to teach players some manners and respect.

Yellow card for approaching and talking to the ref after a clear decision.

Yellow card for touching the ball when it's clear that it belongs to the other team.

Yellow card for obstructing play by not moving away from the ball for a free kick.
