And the first one sent off. Tried to stop Messi with two identical fouls. The second yellow card was a bit too harsh imo.

Those English members should not be angry with Kerotan but with those hooligans. Kerotan who is now in France watching the tournament is not allowed to post what he see? |
Exactly. I am actually here and out of the 17 days I've been here the only time I've seen cops with my eyes better people was the English scum bags the other night. A gang of them went out to target Irish fans and were dually delt. And it had nothing to do with Russian hooligans either. It's a real shame they tarred the tournament (not the only ones) , but it's good to see the decent English fans are ashamed of them. Have to say I met a few sound English blokes who felt very embarrassed.

" its not about racism !!! " quotes Lepen... The things you read in vgchartz ... "Even the guys who are born in France but who's parents are immigrants, I don't see them as French" Trump syndrome , they all are coming out of the closet these days. |
Oh, what a hero you are, a racist hunter!!
Actually about LePen, back then around the same times as he called the French team "the foreign legion", he had some other good points, and it helped to open my eyes, the brainwashed little guy I was. He said that when he travels in Europe, he wants to see Germans and experience German culture when he comes to Germany, he wants to see Italians and experience Italian culture when he goes to Italy, he wants to see Greeks and experience Greek culture when he goes to Greece, not come to a melting pot wherever he goes. Back then I thought it was a horrible, racist thing to say. 20 years later I agree with him 100% and don't see anything racist about that statement. My brother is going to Portugal in a few weeks, and of course he wants to see that the streets are filled with Portuguese people and experience the true Portugal (he hasn't said this, but I assume).
Truth is that many people react like me on the French football team, and they're definitely not racist and not even against immigration. A few years ago a woman at my work when we saw a WC game on TV with France playing, she said with a surprised voice "but those aren't french?". And I've seen a similar reactions several times from other women. It's a natural reaction. What has it do with racism? And earlier, I argued clearly to ensure that it's not about racism.
It's so dirty of you to try to smear racism on me.
Messi, diver, yellow card.
Props to the ref. I first thought he'd give a penalty.
And while I'm typing: Next one sent off. 10 vs. 10 now. Too many emotions and too much tetosterone in this match.
What an amazing euro trip this has been. 17 days in France. 4 Ireland matches, 7 matches total, 4 cities visited, too much beer drank, hundreds of songs sang, tens of pizzas eaten, 11 Gary breens, 10 Paul mcgraths etc etc. Couldn't have asked for a better trip.
The Irish squad are an average bunch from a small nation but they did us proud. And we the fans did Ireland proud. Word spread quickly from Paris and Bordeaux about the 'best fans in the world' and we were like celebrities by the time we reached Lille.
At our last big sing song in Lyon tonight at any time there was hundreds and hundreds of French passing by just to see us, say goodbye, take pictures and join in the fun.
We showed the police and locals that football fans can get smashed drunk, be very loud but be peaceful and fun. That's what these tournaments are all about. Make friends not enemies.
TGV from Lyon to Lille tomorrow then I'm flying back to Ireland. After being away from home so long I actually can't wait.
VIVA LA REPUBLIC!!

Unlike Talal I think the ref was the best man on the pitch in first half.

The red card to Rojo was too confusing. Undeserved and confusing.
Besides that, I think ref is on point. But a missgiven red card is a huge mistake...
