Sorry

I'll predict the CL final then.

Real Madrid 1 - Atletico Madrid 0

I'm predicting the outcome of the Copa America 2016! You heard it here first folks.

Final match:

Argentina - Mexico

Mexico wins their first Copa America!

Edit: I forgot about the losers match! Colombia - Brazil

Mexico is taking this tournament fairly seriously, but I don't even know Mexican fans this optimistic.

We already gave Chile their first cup so anything can happen! Anything but Argentina winning another cup of course.

You dont't have an easy group, Colombia is very strong, Paraguay is relatively hard and Costa Rica has shown a lot lately. I'd say it's the hardest group even if it doesn't have the strongest teams.

I think it will be

Group A: Colombia and USA

Group B: Brazil and Ecuador

Group C: Uruguay and Mexico

Group D: Argentina and Chile

That's what I'm predicting as well. I think the USA can make out of the group, but I'm not counting on anything else after that.

I'm not nearly as pessimistic as Augen, but Jurgen has certainly disappointed me.

I think you will get out, you are locals too and that is a big bonus (I know football isn't the biggest thing in the USA but surely there will be some excitement)

They're completely different players though. Xhaka is a defensive/holding mid. Not an attacking player like Shaqiri.

He should be a great signing for Arsenal though, but they still need a striker.

Good to know a role they need really, thought another midfielder might be a bit much consider they have 2 world classes sitting in it. A world class striker is definitely what they need. No idea who though, poor Giroud, it's not like he had an awful season, just not as good as other strikers or Arsenal strikers before him.

Hmm, pie.

After the worst Gold Cup I've ever witness the US play I think my pessimism is earned.  I always want the national team to succeed, but I think it is unreasonable right now to expect much given recent form.

You watch the game last night? We completely dominated the second half. The 4-3-3 they showed was dominant and we deserved to win:

This what I think our First XI should be for the first game. Bradley at the 6 was too good, and Nagbe was amazing last night. The front 3 is the most debatable selections, but Zardes/Zusi are the other options at RW/RM and Bedoya is much better than both. I would rather have Wood on the field in his secondary position than on the bench. You could also put Pulisic aka. The Yung LD out there, but I'd rather he not start against Columbia.

You know how this goes "Zlatan doesn't play on Thursdays."

Means those odd rumours about Saints are out as well. :)

Hmm, pie.
