I just went with the opinion of the majority and ordered the game yesterday. (Got it for 1000 Yen off the SRP, so it was quite a good deal.) I should have it by tomorrow hopefully.

My son's face and reaction when he saw the TV commercial was what sealed the deal. :D

Mario Kart should be a lot better than an 88%. I am not going to waste my time on a game that is not up to the standards I expect. 88% is dismal for a game that is supposed to be AAA.

Nope. No free game promotion in Japan.

The Japanese promotion is "test 2 games (out of 6) for 1 month each". Kinda lame...

So you can play, enjoy and finish two games additionally instead of one? How is that a bad deal?

Basically the only reason I got a WiiU besides a good zelda game which still hasnt released yet.

Well, it's only for a month.

Sometimes I go for weeks without playing and if I'm busy during the month I might not be able to play the 2 games much at all.

Plus, the selection is kind of small with only 6 titles to choose from.
