I honestly don't remember them or anything like that.  I remember Wii U doom articles and posts.

Good for you they existed and were bumped here recently, it was pure comedy, it's the same thing with japan now. This thread is going to look foolish in a year or so.

That won't continue, comparing a system that has 1.5 + years of software to 3 months = grasping at straws.

To be honest I wasn't even aware they were in the same ballpark, I kind of assumed that the PS4 would be selling better.

Furthermore, the numbers are so close this week that they are within each other's margin of error (as stated by Vgchartz), so we can not conclude which one actually sold more. This is why i don't understand why people bother to 'celebrate' these trivial sales victories where one console outsells another by a few percent or less.

Because neither company, being a pure legal fiction, can whip 'em out to compare sizes.
