I meant more as to how Nate's obsession puts Sully in harms way more and more as he gets older.  Your interpretation is another way to view it.

One guy that left was the art director for the last of us, meaning he was on the other team so he won't affect it.  

Another guy was a voice actor and from what I heard they wanted to let him go and I doubt finding a new voice actor is gonna delay the game much.  

Another guy that left was the character artist, lets be honest the character designs were done at the start of development, by the time the guy left they probably got everything they needed for the game from him.  

Another person that left was the writer, when she left Naughty Dog confirmed her leaving wont affect the development timeline at all.  Uncharted games aren't known for their amazing writing, tbh I wouldn't be surprised if the script was already completed by the time she left.

The director leaving is the only one I can see affecting the release of the game.  Tbh I think this game was scheduled to release this holiday season, at worst I think it could have been delayed to early 2015, there is no way this game is missing 2015.  

Ofc people wanna forget about the people that are joining Naughty Dog, they just wanna focus on whos leaving.

I'm simply pointing out the coming and going leads a lot of people to believe a lot changes are happening as this game is being developed.

Those changes could extend development time. Also, its a flagship title for Sony so they probably don't want to rush anything.

I don't like the sound of this at all, we have a tonne of dark, realistic games, what made uncharted good was the over the top action, fun vibe the game had.

I don't. Mind it going darker as,long as they keep the humour/wit to balance it out

I had a feeling that the Uncharted series might be going in a different direction ever since Amy Hennig left. While I really enjoyed The Last of Us, I personally hope that the Uncharted series maintains the tone and personality of the previous entries, which had much more fun and levity than TLOU.

While I am slightly worried about the game being darker than previous titles, I'll still reserve my judgement until after I've played the next game.

I think its pretty much gaurenteed that it will be ready by end of 2015...

ND/Sony usually do a reveal at the VGA's and then a full gameplay reveal at E3, with a release at the end of the year, around Novemeber. Considering that they did the reveal at the end of last year, its only logical to assume that Sony/ND were planning to release at the end of this year. But i doubt that will happen now. Yeah theres been a lot of people leaving but i dont think they would have made this year regardless.

Ohh yeah baby, i like darker and different.. can't wait until E3
