Hate to break it to you Jizzbeard but Sony not to long ago opened up a new HQ in Sillicone Valley estimated to be at least 6 times bigger then the NY office they sold, Its has everything from a huge soccer field, Spas, Fitness Centres and Yoga, Gyms,Gourmet Restaurants etc. Sony Santa Monica also made a move to a huger studio, located in Playa Vista which practically dwarfs the previous studio. Basically they sold and got more land basic real estate stuff, selling a house doesnt neccesarily mean you are broke and in need of money you upgrade and get a bigger house, which is what Sony is doing with the buildings they have been selling.
