Never played Wing Waker.


Wind Waker sold better on GCN than TP. TP sold that well because it was the flagship launch game for Nintendo's most profitable home console of all time. Those sales were inflated and if SS was a launch title instead, it would have sold just as well.

Wind Waker (especially HD) was an AMAZING game!

Even if you don't buy a 3DS, if you have access to one, I definitely recommend playing ALBW (it is about 15 hours long.) It takes its inspiration from ALTTP, especially since it started as a remake. It has the same map as ALTTP, but is different enough to feel like a new game.

So what's the excuse for two of the most critically acclaimed Zelda titles of all time OOT and ALTTP (Equally regaurded as the best of the series) both featuring young Link? 

Cause trust me, hardly anyone thinks Twilight Princess when they think Greatest Legend Of Zelda Ever.

Dat uninformed angle lol.

I own both versions of TP, and as much as it pains me to agree, Spermanig is mostly correct, here. Only the MotionPlus drama and the lazy enthusiast media groupthink of "OMG IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE LAST ONE" argument was missing.

EDIT: Also, Wind Waker had a playable Demo on the Zelda: Collector's Edition disc, available with the Platinum MarioKart Double Dash!! hardware bundle. This is actually how I knew I wanted to own the game, despite being told NOT TO by THE INTERNET.

There's a lot of people on the forums that will also say Majora's Mask is their favorite, so what? I'm talking about universal acclaim, not what a group of people on a forum say. Go to Square-Enix's website, everyone on there will tell you XIII is the second coming of Christ, lol.
