He's not exactly "Young Link" in Zelda 2 either. The game takes place several years after the first game (he's 16 or 17, I believe).

Anyhow, yes, I agree with you. I think young Link is best, although a lot of that artwork doesn't do the character justice IMO. The Wind Waker/Minish Cap/DS games look is what I prefer (OoT looks good too).

I don't mind the older Link though, as long as he doesn't look too feminine (Hyrule Warriors) and as long as he wears pants instead of tights, lol.

He looks pretty young in his promo art. I always assumed he was like 14. Oh well. He could be 32 for all I care if he looks like that.

I love WW Link, it's my favorite Zelda game, but I'm done with that art style. Definitely want something different.

So your opinion is terrible.

I second this! Fap

I like an older link. He can get it on with Zelda all night long.

I'm not even a hardcore Zelda fan and LoZ: LBW on the Wii U with Journey graphics...
I wouldn't even have to think about it.
Its a real shame, it probably won't happen, but it should be easily possible on the Wii U.

That's what I'm saying! We don't need no gritty Zelda.

I agree.  Zelda is whimsical by nature; I don't want it to become Skyrim or LOTR.

That said, I don't think OoT or even Twilight Princess have taken that direction too far yet.  They still embrace the whimsy.

alttp was my favorite zelda, but i have to say, those later pictures were much more appealing than the earlier ones

I prefer young (Specifically Toon) Link on handhelds and the older Link on consoles. I don't care what the art style is for Zelda U as long as it isn't like Wind Waker HD, Skyward Sword, or A Link Between Worlds (They're too recent)

God no, no more dwarf Link. More Hyrule Warriors Skyward Sword Link please.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
