This is a plausible date. 13th in EU would probably mean 10th in the US. Only 6 hours after Sony's E3 show: "And in just a few hours, you can download TLoU, with a special edition console in retail stores waiting for you in the morning!"
And also an efficient way to deflate X1's price drop...
