The Wii U version did launch with some texture loading bugs that saw N64 level textures popping up on characters, but yes, thankfully that was patched in December. Still, it's hardly a looker. Black Ops II on Wii U looks waaay better.

BO2 Wii U MP had horrible shadows, too. On Hijacked for example. But yes, the shadow resulution was ok in the SP.

Black Ops II had noticeably better character models and effects than Ghosts though, as well as more elaborate and demanding setpieces.
