Well it's from Vgchartz. The latest charts are up for week ending May 10th. It put Vita sales around between 2000 and 3000 units. Something seems fishy.

Borderlands 2 on Vita is also available separately.
But yes, the release of the bundle should have boosted the sales. 2K is highly implausible.

Of course a vita bundle won't sell 40k FW, but the game may do it first and second week combined.
