Good for Nintendo! The game looks like a lot of fun and I really like the graphics, perfect for a MK game with (so it seems) rock-solid 60 fps!

One of my favorite games. I've already pre ordered MK 8 and I'm hoping it's as good if not better than CTR. ANd an FYI to all the complainers, it's 2014 and there WILL be DLC including battle tracks. It's obvious.

If they would change the items to "no coin item when you already have 10 coins" and add real arenas the game would be better.

lol Why are people upset about 7.5/10 but OK with 4/5 or 8/10? All three are essentially the same grade. One is 75% and the other two are 80%. No big difference. It just goes to show you how brainwashed people are about these things. A game can get a "7.8" and people will go crazy about how bad it is. Then another games gets an "8.0" and all is well lol.

Just one point and it will be a 90! If it doesn't get there I'm not buying that shit.

So a 7.5 is "click bait trash" but an 8.0 is OK? What's the difference? Most sites grade on a .5 grading system so they've essentially given the game 1 point lower than an 8.0. Is that really so criminal?

Really looking forward to this now. It seems the game has pleasantly surprised some of the cynical journos. Eurogamer and the guys at IGN seem especially enamoured.
