another great week for X1 in USA.

My prediction is slowly materializing.

What? The gap got bigger this week. This means your prediction is failing.

nothing substantial

The X1 is basically doing same as PS4 numbers.

OK ill help you here

Your prediction is that X1 will catch up, if there selling basically the same, then its not catching up. so your prediction is not materializing.

It can't creep ahead by being "the same".

And to top it off...the prediction was that the XB1 will have outsold the PS4 by Jan 2015 and will contiue to outsell it in the US from then onward. Unless a miracle happens then this prediction is just won't come true by that time.

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

Shouldn't Xbox One win  the month of their price drop instead of tieing for your prediction to look true.

Go Team Venture! I still don't get the Wii, PS Move,  and Kinect.

That's what was predicted by some. They said April numbers were terrible due to people waiting for the $399 SKU. What happens if all the people that waited still didn't amount to enough to put XB1 on top?

And everyone knows that VGC religiously overtracks XB1. NPD will come soon, and all will be revealed.

Then we will see 'XB1 will lead when MCC/SO are released!', which won't actually happen.

Then we will see 'XB1 will lead when H5/Gears are released!'. which won't actually happen.

I get the feeling that in 60 years long after the gen ends with ~115m PS4 vs ~38m XB1, that a few die-hard maniacs will still be muttering to themselves in nursing homes "Just wait! Xbox One will outsell the PS4 THIS year!', and 'It's all a conspiracy, NPD was a lie! XB1 actually sold 300M!'

X1 outsold by PS4 in N. America week of 28th of june. I dont thin your prediction is gonnna hold up well in June to be honest.

So with this week sales and the first week of June we know PS4 is ahed for the month, yes it will be really soon, any time now.

We have a case in hand.

I think it would save a lot of x1 fans a lot of pain for them to just accept that the x1 will only be 2nd in NA and 3rd WW. I think that after halo5's future desapointment, the drill would probably a ps4 fan or he will kill himself in the x1 denial.
