Thought I'd give a heads up, just now my PS4 randomly turned on and the disc ejected, I was extremely worried and was already planning funeral arrangements. I then remembered that a quick google search has never failed me. So because I haven't seen it mentioned here, I thought I'd advise you how to fix it.
Basically the ps4 will continuously "press" the eject button will the power cable is plugged in, so eject the disc, and will continuously make the "grrrrrr" eject sound. This seems to have occured with the latest patch.

Basically some people think it's because the button/touch thingies are heat sensitive (which they are), some people think they are to do with the little strip of rubber under the eject button, some people think it's dust related. And no, turning it off and on again doesnt fix it (IT CROWD REFERENCE)
And there are three things that have sorted it it seems
For me, I unplugged the ps4 from the power, and held down the power button on the ps4 while it made an alarm-like sound, then cleaned the eject button from any grease and dust. That worked and fixed it.
Some people seemed to fix it by taking the strip of rubber off. I personally wouldnt do that. And some people fixed it by either adding a few sheets of paper under ps4 or standing it up vertically.
So there you go, clean yo damn playstation.
