Starts in Germany at 6:30PM (what, around 9 hours?)

yeah in Germany or mainland western Europe the pre show is at 6pm or 18H00 and the conference starts at 6h30pm or 18H30
for UK it is 5pm or 17h pre show and conf at 5h30pm or 17H30

the rest just have to adapt there are 3h hours difference between the west and east coast of USA and 6 hours between east coast USA and mainland western Europe (5h UK ) so a total of 9H difference between west coast USA and mainland western Europe (8h with UK)
