Looks like interest for Until Dawn is barely existent on here. Game looks a little rough, but I can see it be a decent to pretty good Heavy Rain style horror game, not really my type of game, but I'm surprised that nobody else seems to care.

To be honest, I'm not interested at all right now. It is too much like an american horror movie and, tbh, they are absolutely stupid, weak and full of cliches. Maybe they will prove me wrong onde day, though.

I'm not interested because I know games like Destiny, LBP3, The Order, Bloodborne, etc. are going to release before it. I'm more focused on those games at the moment.

My interest has grown a lot upon seeing the 24 minute gameplay video.
As you said, it still seems a little rough, but the ending section really caught my interest. If the final game contains several choices of significance on the scale of that last one, and if the endings are different enough to justify the importance of those choices, then Until Dawn will be a day 1 purchase for me.
I don't mind a generic story. Heck, TLOU's was pretty generic a lot of the time. The pudding is all in the presentation.
It's supposed to be "generic and cliched" the same way Cabin in the woods was. At least it seems that way

Yeah, that's precisely the problem :D Highly unlikely that my mind will change about this game.

They did say either all can die or none, so it does have my interest but it needs alot of work from that showing.

I wouldn't compare it to Cabin In The Woods. That was essentially a meta style horror film that used traditional horror (and some sci-fi) cliches to create an original setting. Its use of those cliches and self mocking are what made it feel so original (to me at least).
Until Dawn by comparison seems to embrace the cliches as actual serious story elements. Still, the possibility for huge character control makes me interested in it.
Like i said to DeNebel, a story's originality isn't always important. TLOU's was pretty damn generic at times. It's the presentation that matters.
it doesn't seem all that serious
