Honestly it doesn't seem like a joke to me, he's simply saying maybe it's an XB1 game also, but they have a feature on Valve that's presenting at Sony...  Not sure where you get humor from that?  How're you reading it (genuinely curious)?

The part where he says ''I'm starting so many rumors with this one'' really hints to a joke to me. If it's real, what could it be?

Feels to me like he acknowledges that having Valve present at a Sony event, could be construed as an exclusive game.   I've no idea what it could be, but how about just the steam app and library being fully compatible with PS4?  How'd that be for a bombshell?

That'd be a fucking nuke. But wont happen, would instantly kill the Steam Machine.

If Valve would seriously announce something at a Sony event (E3), my bet would be Portal 3 for PC and PS4 with cross-play.

Unless Sony and Valve worked out some kind of deal to bring SCE* games to Steam...omg.  That would literally win the internet.

That'd be dumb on Sony parts since there's less reasons to buy a PS4 then. Only thing that could work for some extra cash is bringing old games (Uncharted 1, GoW 1, Killzone 2 etc) to steam. Also, bringing PS+ now to PC could be huge.

Not necessarily, there are many people out there who are adverse to buying/investing in a gaming PC.  We know this, and regardless of the reasons (whether informed or not), it's a very real mindset among a great deal of gamers.  I'm not sure how PS Now really needs to go to steam, given Sony's clear direction with the service.  It'll be available through tablets, phones and TV's if I'm understanding things correctly, so why need Steam for it?

Anyway, it's a pipe dream, of course, but you have to admit, as far as E3 bombshells go, I don't think there could be a bigger one (other than say one of the big 3 manufacturers acquiring the games division of another, or something equally unrealistic).
