Well, it's already playable, along with Quantic Dream and SSM's game (and whoever did Gravity Rush), so E3 might be a tad far off.  I'm guessing QD will be revealed in Paris.  No idea about the other 3, though.  26:10 to 32:20 Shu indicates they're all in playable form.

I agree with QD's game being revealed at Paris Games Week. For some reason I think either Sucker Punch or SSM's next game will be revealed at PSX. The one that isn't will be shown at E3.

with all the time i been waiting i kinda lost interest. the problem with me is that i always change my tastes and get in a lot of "gaming moods".

after playing dont starve, i was really interested in more survival slow paced games with a quirky style. and The Tomorrow Children fit that bill perfectly it seemed. its "early 2015" release date was also very promising, but fast forward and The Witcher 3 enters my life, now i am in a mood for an open world game with a deep story and deep lore, an interesting fantasy setting with some bad ass monsters. the closest thing to that is probably bloodborne, so after i am done with the witcher its probably what i will get next. 

nate fox said in an interview once that they arent done with the infamous franchise. dont ask me to fetch it up becase no way that i can lol. you are just gonna have to take my word on it. 

my guess is that it will be announced at E3. with a early 2017 release date, so a 3 year dev cycle.

and on a personal note, i really really really really really reaaaallly hope its another infamous. i didnt like IF1 and skipped IF2. but IF:SS was AWESOME. so i want another! 

If Sucker Punch is making another inFAMOUS game, I hope it's with Cole MacGrath. If not, then I'd rather they make a new IP.

Give me more characters as a whole and a better integration of side characters into the game in terms of also side content and give me better side content and more as well. If all that happens I might actually play the next Infamous. :p

That's pretty much the main reason I want them to try one more inFAMOUS game. They've nailed the gameplay and graphics, but they haven't really done the things you've listed. A game with a better story and all that content—to go along with their already great gameplay and graphics—could make for an amazing game.

they can still improve the gameplay by integrating all the powers together IMO. or mixing them up a bit. they also dont a more vague choice system. forget the "good and evil" paths, let the players see what is good and what is evil for them selfs. the best moral system in gaming is ones conscience

Yeah, it's pretty much the reason why I didn't play another Infamous after the first one, I got that one for free after the PSN hack and I honestly didn't like it very much, it would have been pretty good to me as a more linear action game but as an open world title I found it to be entirely inadequate as the side content was just boring as shit. I didn't even pay attention to the second one because of that but got back on the "hype train" for Second Son just to find out that it still seemed to have the same problems as the first one (watched the game on Youtube after reading some reviews), which left me rather disappointed.

There are so many things I can think of that they could add or change in the series that I think would make it way cooler, I just hope that some of the guys at Sucker Punch come up with similar ideas to the ones going on in my crazy head. :D
