For reasons best known to Sony, the best thing at E3 was the longer version of its E3 Uncharted 4 demo that it didn't show at the conference. Behind closed doors, an extended version of the truck chase continued the sequence and raised the bar so high it might well break all other games.

What happens is impossible to describe without falling into hyperbole because holy Christ I nearly lost my shit, with gameplay that almost seemed to be mocking your ability to deal with it - piling sequence onto sequence, and building the pace and action up to to a level that's almost impossible to comprehend without seeing it. Nothing else out there can compete with what I saw: there's honestly a world before that demo and world after.

yeah there are people describing that demo, and people are losing there shit on it. i was listening to what happened then decided to stop. i aint gonna ruin it for my self lol. UC4 please come as soon as possible! cant wait!

I love the fact that this thread is much more active than last year. Granted its not in epic scale of past. But its still great.

Goes to show how much better this years E3 was. :P

Though last year would have probably been more active had Bloodborne not been leaked beforehand and had shown gameplay during its reveal.

I agree. Fun fact. Some guys are retweeting Horizon news in my twitter feed who usually like only Xbox.

Yeah GG has a serious hit on their hands with this one, so happy for them, Killzone really was a dead end.

Horizon sounds too good to be true. honestly i am skeptical. no loading screens? shit loads of attacks and more moves for enemies than we already seen? every place we saw we can go to? again... no loading screens?

it just sounds too... perfect.... gosh.. i wanna know more.

also, i really really hope there is also natural wild life in the game, not just robots, i think it would be a cool mix.

I read that the only natural wild life that's left are small animals, but I think that was from a reddit commentor that claimed to have seen a private E3 presentation of Horizon this year, so who knows how true that is, I'll see if I can find the comment.
