CoD, MGS, GTA, FF would probably be the 4 biggest franchises i've never played.

i'd round out my top five by saying i almost never played pokemon but i do highly regret the one i did buy.

Too many to list. You could probably say a game series and I haven't played it. When I was young I usually only buy the annual games like WWE, NBA and NHL. So I missed out on a lot of good games.
